We hold no reseller commission on Salesforce. That is what makes the trade-off line above worth reading. It costs us nothing to tell you when this is the wrong choice.

Building with Salesforce

Salesforce is strongest at extensibility and an enormous partner ecosystem. We reach for it when that is the property a workload actually depends on, and we say so when it is not.

Salesforce's depth is real and so is its inertia. Years of accumulated customisation, workflows and integrations make it extremely capable and slow to change, which shapes how we integrate: alongside it, through supported APIs, rather than adding to the customisation burden.

Licence cost tends to drive the architecture more than teams expect. Keeping seat count sensible often means building lightweight interfaces for occasional users rather than buying everyone a full licence.

Every engagement opens with a measurement: the cycle time, the cost per transaction, or the error rate we are being asked to move. You own the code, the models where they are open-weight, and the documentation to run it without us.

Questions

What is Salesforce best at?

Extensibility and an enormous partner ecosystem.

When would you not use Salesforce?

Licence cost and accumulated customisation that slows every change. We would look at n8n or Zapier in that situation.

Do you have a commercial relationship with Salesforce?

No. We hold no reseller commission on any technology we recommend, which is what lets the trade-off above be stated plainly.

Can you work with our existing Salesforce setup?

Yes. We would rather extend and stabilise something that already works than introduce a parallel system your team has to learn.

Working with Salesforce?

Tell us the workload and we will tell you whether this is the right tool for it.
