Building with Mistral
Mistral is strongest at excellent quality-to-cost ratio for self-hosted workloads. We reach for it when that is the property a workload actually depends on, and we say so when it is not.
Mistral's appeal is efficiency. Models in this family deliver quality close to much larger ones at a fraction of the compute, which changes what is affordable to self-host on modest hardware.
For Indian deployments that matters twice over: GPU capacity is expensive and often scarce, so a model that runs acceptably on a single card rather than a cluster is frequently the difference between a project happening and not.
We build the smallest thing that proves the case, put it in front of real users, and expand only what earns its keep. Six weeks to something running in production, not six quarters to a strategy document.
