How do you prevent bias?

Testing outcomes across demographic groups, excluding proxy features, and keeping a human decision on every rejection. We report the test results rather than asserting fairness.

How is this different from UI/UX design?

UI/UX designs the solution. Product design decides what the solution should be, which problem, for whom, and what the smallest version that proves it looks like.

How long does discovery take?

One to three weeks for most engagements. Longer than that and findings start going stale before anyone acts on them.

What if discovery says we should not build it?
