iOS App Development with TypeScript

iOS App Development built on TypeScript, chosen where it genuinely fits, and swapped where it does not.

Why TypeScript for this

SwiftUI is where Apple's platform is going, and we build there, with UIKit where a specific control genuinely still needs it rather than out of habit.

TypeScript is strongest at one language across client and server, with types catching integration errors at build time. For ios app development that matters because the failure modes of this kind of system tend to cluster exactly there.

The honest trade-off: the ML ecosystem is in Python, so heavy model work lives there. We say that up front because a stack chosen for fashion rather than fit becomes someone's migration project two years later. We start from the constraint, not the capability, what the system must never do, who signs off, and what happens when it is wrong.

You own the code, the models where they are open-weight, and the documentation to run it without us.

We are not a reseller for TypeScript and hold no commission on this choice. Where a different option fits your workload better, the recommendation will say so. That is the entire value of asking us.

What is included

  • Native Swift and SwiftUI build
  • iPad layouts where the audience warrants it
  • App Store submission with privacy labels and tracking disclosures done correctly
  • TestFlight distribution for stakeholder review before launch
  • Crash reporting and phased release
  • Apple developer account setup if you do not have one

Questions

How long does App Store review take?

Usually 24 to 48 hours currently, though it varies. The bigger risk is rejection rather than queue time, which is why we build to the guidelines rather than discovering them at submission.

Do we need an Apple developer account?

Yes, an organisation account, which requires a D-U-N-S number. We will walk your team through it. It takes longer than people expect, so we start it early.

Should we build iOS or Android first?

Depends on your users. For consumer India, Android reaches more people; for premium or B2B audiences, iOS frequently converts better. We look at your actual analytics before advising.
