Why Flutter for this
Play Store policy changes regularly and rejections cost a week each. We build to current policy and handle the submission so your team never learns the review process the hard way.
Flutter is strongest at pixel-identical UI across platforms and excellent animation performance. For android app development that matters because the failure modes of this kind of system tend to cluster exactly there.
The honest trade-off: Dart is a smaller hiring pool than TypeScript in most Indian markets. We say that up front because a stack chosen for fashion rather than fit becomes someone's migration project two years later. Integration comes before intelligence. A model that cannot reach your systems of record is a demo with good manners.
We hand over with runbooks, tests and a team that knows how it works, not a dependency.

Questions
How much does an Android app cost in India?
Driven by feature count and backend integration far more than by platform. A focused first version is a different project from one with payments, chat and offline sync. We quote against a feature inventory, not a category.
Kotlin or Java?
Kotlin. It is Google's recommended language, the ecosystem has moved, and new Java-only Android work today creates a maintenance problem for later.
Will it work on older phones?
We agree a minimum supported version at the start based on your actual user base, then test against it. Supporting very old versions has a real cost, so it should be a decision rather than an assumption.
